My Christmas stay was impressive. the staff were extremely polite and professional, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. the complementary breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse, and the gym equipment was modern and well-maintained. the hotel was located in a prime area with a vibrant night market nearby.
There were a few drawbacks. Despite the hotel being situated in a bustling area, my balcony had no views due to a nearby construction site.

The shower had good water pressure and warm water, adding to the pleasant experience. Additionally, the service at breakfast and the upper terrace for sunset was excellent. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the stunning views from the terrace. Stayed here over Easter and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, walking distance from all the nightlife, bars and restaurants, and also very close to some of the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The breakfast was great, with lots of options to choose from. And the rooftop bar was amazing, with a stunning view and awesome cocktails.
That there was no restaurant, but there were plenty of options nearby so it wasn't a big issue. All in all, a great hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location.

There were great hotel facilities, including a fantastic rooftop bar with amazing views. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all main attractions and a market that started in the evening until late, with plenty of restaurants and street vendors nearby. The breakfast offered a good combination of Thai, buffet, and American options, and the staff working there were fantastic, making me feel welcome and comfortable.
Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is in a great location, located steps away from the market and close to other main attractions. the room is clean and well, lit, with large windows on two sides. the bed is comfy and there is a made, to, order egg station during breakfast.
The hot, cold mixing system in the shower could improve as it keeps switching between cold and hot.
